CELEBRATION OF SOME OF NZ’S AUTHORS +  BOOKS
Greetings again to all our Friends and New Friends,
It is coming up to the 3rd Sunday of the month, and we will  again be Meeting at the Zone.  This time we will be celebrating together, just a few of our NZ Authors, editors, and translators.  Some of our Jewish Friends will also be contributing.
Professor Emeritus Dr Ralph Anspach  For those who were interested in the achievements of our recent guest, Professor Ralph, we have included his CV as an attachment.  Dr Ralph & his wife Silvia are part time Kiwis, spending some months at their property in New Zealand, and some months in USA/ Europe.  We will advise when Dr Ralph’s Book is available
Graeme Carle  Prolific Writer.   Graeme has written 6 books, with a further 5 at various stages of completion, & has been in fulltime or part time Ministry for 38yrs.
Antoinette James  Author –  3 Books to her credit
Freya Klier  ‘Promised New Zealand  Fleeing Nazi Persecution’.  This Book celebrates the lives of 24 Jewish people who fled Europe and came to New Zealand.  The Book was originally written in German and was translated by Jenny Rawlings,  who was assisted from a Jewish perspective, by Oliver Hoffmann.  Oliver has contributed to the website worldupsidedown.co.nz and belongs to the organization, The Second Generation of Jewish People in New Zealand. 
Deborah Knowles  ‘Mixed Blessings’  ‘New Zealand children of Holocaust Survivors Remember’ – Edited by Deborah Knowles – This Book is a must for our home libraries. 
Memories & Recipes included.  Price on Sunday $10.
Rachel Millward     Autobiography – ‘Rachel’s Memories’.  Rachel & husband Bill are the immediate past Directors of the New Zealand Branch of the International Christian Embassy of Jerusalem.  Judy Lillywhite   Proof reading/Editing 
Lynley Smith   Author  ‘From Matron to Marytr’ is the biography of Lynley’s relative from Scotland, who was martyred because of her work with Jewish children.  Lynley is a Journalist/Teacher.
We will have Q & A time for each of our Speakers.
Most Books will be available to purchase Sunday.
Please contact us if you are unable to attend Sunday’s Meeting but would like to purchase any of the above  Books.
Both Professor Anspach & Lynley Smith are available for speaking engagements in New Zealand.
Please invite your Jewish friends.  They will be most welcome.
DON’T FORGET 2PM START
We will conclude our Meeting with Refreshments.
